1823 is now looking for passionate new recruits to join us as Assistant Customer Service Supervisor (Training). If you fulfill the following entry requirements, you are welcome to apply for the post:

  1. got 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language at Level 2/ Grade E or above in HKCEE/HKDSEE or equivalent;
  2. have 2 years of full-time working experience in call centre operation or customer service;
  3. be fluent in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage; and
  4. be familiar with PC applications, including Chinese typing skills.

Duties

  1. to assist in implementing the training plan for the contact centre (inclusive of providing training on customer service skills and system operation);
  2. to assist in monitoring service quality and providing staff counseling.

Working hours and location

This post may be required to work on shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.  The post is also required to work as scheduled in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm.  Successful candidates may be required to assume duty at short notice and are subject to deployment to any offices of 1823 in any district of Hong Kong.

Monthly salary

$15,820
