1823 Call Centre attaches great importance to staff training because they have to communicate with the public direct so as to understand their enquiries and complaints about Government departments.  With a view to providing efficient and quality 24-hour service to the public, 1823 Call Centre pays much attention on staff training on customer service skill.

1823 Call Centre is now recruiting Assistant Manager (Training & Quality Assurance) to establish and implement the training plan for staff in the Call Centre.  Duties include:
1)    managing the staff training, including customer service skill and computer system operation
2)    assuring and improving the quality of training course
3)    establishing and implementing the Quality Management System
4)    providing appropriate counselling for staff to assure the quality

To support a non-stop service offered by 1823 Call Centre, this post may be required to work on shifts, irregular hours and inclement weather.
