Have you got 5 passes, including Chinese Language and English Language at Level 2 or above in the HKCEE?
Do you have 1 year or above full time working experience?
Can you speak fluent English and Cantonese?
Are you familiar with PC applications and good at Chinese typing?
Do you want to serve the public and directly communicate with them?
And you don’t mind working on irregular shifts, including overnight shifts?
If the answers of all the above questions are affirmative, Customer Service Officer of 1823 Call Centre, who is responsible for handling enquiries and complaints from the public, would be a suitable career choice for you.
To support the non-stop service offered by 1823 Call Centre, this post may be required to work on irregular shifts (including overnight shifts for every 8 weeks) on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and in inclement weather. Training will be provided to the new recruits. After passing the post-training assessments, you will become one of the Customer Service Officers in 1823.
