How to book the recreation and sports facilities of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department via internet?

Leisure and Cultural Services Department

Members of the public can use Leisure Link Internet Booking  to book and enquire the status of the recreation and sports facilities of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD). Both registered and non-registered patron can use the services provided by the Leisure Link.
 

Applicable Facilities and Date
  • Facilities available for booking:
    • Sport facilities: Sport facilities in indoor venues, tennis courts, climbing walls, golf facilities,  grass / artificial turf pitches, baseball batting cage, bowling greens etc (facilities details and hiring charges, please click here)
    • Water sports facilities: Kayak, windsurfer, sailing Dinghy (facilities details and hiring charges, please click here)
    • Holiday camp (facilities details and hiring charges, please click here; Leisure Link e-Services System and its mobile version provide booking service for holiday camp places left unfilled after balloting)
  • Available date for booking:
    • The latest facility booking date is 7 calendar days at most in advance (including the booking day). For example, if today is 1 July, the latest booking date is 7 July.
  • Holiday Camp:
 Booking Date Camping Date
* 1 st – 19 th of the month10 days ahead up to the end of next 2 months
(Example: On 1 st January, you can book the remaining camp places from 10 days ahead, i.e. 11 th January up to 31 st March of the same year)
* 20 th – end of each month10 days ahead up to the end of next 3 months
(Example: On 20 th January, you can book the remaining camp places from 10 days ahead, i.e. 30 th January up to 30 th April of the same year)

Leisure Link Internet Booking  

  • Provide 24 hours daily service
     
Booking Procedure
  1. Login to Leisure Link website
  2. For enquiry, patron number is not necessary. For booking, patron number is needed :
    • Registered patron: Enter Leisure Link number and password
    • Non-registered patron: Enter Hong Kong Identity Card Number and telephone number
  3. In each booking one facility can be booked and the duration that can be booked is as follows:
 

 Hong Kong / Kowloon / New Territories 

Peak hoursAt or after 6pm on Monday to Friday, or
at any time on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday
Turf pitch maximum 1.5 hours,
other facilities maximum 2 hours
Non-peak hours[other time slots]
Turf pitch maximum 3 hours,
other facilities maximum 4 hours
  1. For Internet booking, online payment by PPS, VISA or Master card is required but the mobile Leisure Link e-Services System does not support payment by PPS. The applicant should print the acknowledgement page after completing the payment process.
  2. Please present your acknowledgement page or booking receipt and identity documents before using the facility.
