Members of the public may report to the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) if they see littering from vehicles by drivers or passengers.   

To report cases of littering from drivers or passengers of specified vehicles, including private car, goods vehicle, motorcycle, motor tricycle and invalid carriage. Members of the public may

If FEHD conducts legal proceedings according to the information provided, the witness may be summoned by the Court to testify what he/ she knows concerning the complaint. 

The “Littering from Vehicle - Report Form” is obtainable at the District Environmental Health Offices of FEHD and the District Offices of the Home Affairs Department.  It can also be downloaded from FEHD website.   

The “Littering from Vehicle - Report Form” is only applicable to littering from specified vehicles.  For littering offences by drivers or passengers of other vehicles, please contact FEHD hotline 2868 0000 (which is handled by the “1823 Call Centre”).
