How to report littering from vehicle?

Members of the public may report to the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) if they see littering from vehicles by drivers or passengers.   

Members of the public may complete the form “ Littering from Vehicle - Report Form” if they want to report cases of littering from drivers or passengers of specified vehicles, including private car, goods vehicle, motor cycle, motor tricycle and invalid carriage.  The completed form can be send to FEHD at the following address; or by fax to 2521 7261 and then mail the original copy of the form to FEHD:

If FEHD conduct legal proceedings according to the information provided, the witness may be summoned by the Court to testify what he/ she knows concerning the complaint. 

The “ Littering from Vehicle - Report Form” is obtainable at the District Environmental Health Offices of FEHD and the District Offices of the Home Affairs Department.  It can also be downloaded from FEHD website.   

The “ Littering from Vehicle - Report Form” is only applicable to littering from specified vehicles.  For littering offences by drivers or passengers of other vehicles, please contact FEHD hotline 2868 0000 (which is handled by the “1823 Call Centre”).
