What are the eligibility criteria for Express Flat Allocation Scheme (EFAS)(2022) -cum-Sale of Unsold Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) Flats of Ching Fu Court and Dip Tsui Court?

The eligibility criteria of the EFAS(2022)-cum-Sale of Unsold Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) Flats of Ching Fu Court and Dip Tsui Court are

(a) With valid Public Rental Housing (PRH) application; and
(b) PRH application of registration date or equivalent date of registration (note) falling on or before 31 March 2021 (i.e. whose application number is G1460461-1 / U0484912-0 or earlier) [Application number is for reference only]; and
(c) fulfill the residence rule of PRH applications that at least half of the family members included in the application must have lived in Hong Kong for 7 years; and
(d) hold valid housing offer(s).

Note : Equivalent date of registration must be adopted if there is one in the application.

 

Please note: Applicants who have purchased a flat or have obtained a loan or subsidies under subsidised home ownership schemes as well as their spouses are not eligible to apply for Unsold GSH Flats of Ching Fu Court and Dip Tsui Court.
