Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA)'s 'Sale of Home Ownership Scheme Flats 2022' (HOS 2022) and Hong Kong Housing Society's 'Subsidised Sale Flats Project' (HS SSF) would be launched in Feb 2022. The schedule is as follows -

Distribution of application forms:	18 Feb to 24 Mar 2022 (Distribution has ended)
Applications:	25 Feb to 24 Mar 2022 (Application has closed)
Date of Open Ballot:	13 June 2022
Flat Selection:	expected to start from the 4^th quarter of 2022

*The HA will finalise the discount rate and average selling prices when the saleable areas of individual flats are finalised, tentatively in the first half of 2022. In the event that the finalised discount rate is higher than that of the provisional discount rate, the discount rate would be adjusted upward, i.e. the average selling prices would be adjusted downward; and if the finalised discount rate is lower than that of the provisional discount, the discount rate would not be adjusted downwards and the average selling prices would not be adjusted upward.

Rescinded HOS Flats

As at 31 December 2021, there were 15 rescinded flats from two HOS developments (Choi Wo Court in Sha Tin and Shan Lai Court in Fanling) previously put up for sale in HOS 2020. They will be included for resale in this sale exercise. Apart from them, any additioanl rescinded flats as identified up to about 2 months before commencement of flat selection will also be included for resale in this sale exercise.

Recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) Flats
