Why do I have more than 1 priority for HOS 2022? What are the differences?
Hong Kong Housing Authority & Housing DepartmentAs flat unit quotas have been set for different categories of applicants (e.g. 2 700 units for family applicants applying under the "Priority Scheme for Families with Elderly Members"; 900 units for one-person applicants), the Housing Authority (HA) has to assign one priority for each category which an applicant belongs to:
- White Form (WF)
- All applicants are allocated with an ordinary family/ one-person order of priority for flat selection.
- If the family applicant applies under the "Priority Scheme for Families with Elderly Members", an additional priority order will be allocated (i.e. 2 in total).
- Please refer to below table for the order prefix:
