You can check progress on your case by contacting us through any of the above channels. You are also welcome to tell us your opinion about the services 1823 provides. In case of a complaint about 1823's service we will investigate and an interim reply will be given within 10 calendar days. In case a substantive reply cannot be made within 30 calendar days, we will update you on the progress.
