Why do I have more than one priority order for HOS 2023? What are the differences?
Hong Kong Housing Authority & Housing DepartmentThe quota is set for different application categories (e.g. 2 700 quota for Families applying under the “Priority Scheme for Families with Elderly Members"; 900 quota for one-person applicants). The Housing Authority (HA) will assign priority order for each applicant category :
- All family applicants and one-person applicants will be assigned an ordinary order of priority for flat selection.
Family applicants who participate in the "Priority Scheme for Families with Elderly Members" will receive an additional order of priority for flat selection. Therefore, these applicants will have a total of two orders of priority assigned to them.
