How can I check the Ballot Results and Random Order for HOS 2024?

The ballot for HOS 2024 was drawn on 12 December 2024. You can check the "Ballot Results" and the “Order Randomly Generated by Computer According to Ballot Results” (Random Order) through the following channels:

A. Visit the "HOS 2024" Website

• Ballot Results
• Random Order (Green Form Applicants)
• Random Order (White Form Applicants)

B. Use of the "HOS 2024" Website - "Check Application Status" [Applicable to check the Random Order]

• Enter the applicant's ID number and pass the system verification

C. Call the IVRS of the Housing Authority Sales and WSM Hotline [Applicable to check the Random Order]

• Call 2712 8000 ;
• After selecting the language (Cantonese and Putonghua options are available) ;
• Press 1> 6> 2> 1 for Green Form applicants, 1> 6> 2> 2 for White Form applicants ;
• Then enter the application number (no need to enter G/W letters) and the applicant's ID number.

D. Go in person to  - 

• District Tenancy Management Office/Estate Office of Housing Authority ;
• Estate/Property Management Offices of Housing Society ;
• Housing Authority Customer Service Centre ;

• GSH Sales Unit ;

• Home Affairs Enquiry Centres of Home Affairs Department .

Based on the ballot result, the Housing Authority will randomly generate the order of all applicants within each application category by computer, and according to the relative priority order of the application categories invite them to submit supporting documents for detailed vetting to ascertain their application eligibility and their final priority order in flat selection.
