Applicants will receive 2 acknowledgement emails after the online application is submitted successfully with application fee paid:


The 1st payment acknowledgement email

  • will normally be sent to the applicant within 1 day
  • the email will contain information such as the transaction reference number (NOT application number) and the payment status
     

The 2nd acknowledgement email with application number

  • [Applicable to households of Public Rental Housing units under HA or households of Group A Rental Estates / Elderly Persons Flats under the Hong Kong Housing Society (HS)] After successfully submitting the online applications, the staff of Estate Offices/ District Tenancy Management Offices/ Rental Estate Office will contact the applicant for verification of eligibility. The application number will only be issued afterwards. For details, please contact the staff of Estate Offices/ District Tenancy Management Offices/ Rental Estate Office.
  • [For holders of valid Green Form Certificate] The acknowledgement email with application number would normally be sent within 2 days after the 1st acknowledgement email. The email will contain information such as the application number and payment status.
