Opening hours and ticket office opening hours

• The Park is closed on Tuesdays (except Public Holidays). The Park is opened from 10:00am to 5:00pm for other days.
• If any Tuesday is a public holiday, the park will be opened as usual.
• Ticket Office opens from 9:30am to 4:00pm.

2. Group tickets (10 persons or more)

• Go to Hong Kong Wetland Park Ticket Office; OR
• Online booking (only available from 1 week to 3 months prior to the scheduled date of visit); OR
• Complete the Group Ticket Fax Application Form (PDF), fax to 2617 4230 (only available from 7 to 60 days prior to the scheduled date of visit).

3. Annual / half-year / family pass

Ways to buy ticket

• Submit the application form to Wetland Park Ticket Office by fax, by mail or in person

Wetland Park will notify the applicant within 3 working days to collect the pass upon receipt of an application. Applicant is required to pay the fees in cash / EPS at the Ticket Office (If you send a representative to collect the pass, please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID card).

In addition, a quota of 100 Passes would be available on a first-come-first-served basis, in order to allow applicants to make applications and collect the passes on the same day. In case an application cannot be processed on the same day, the applicant would need to purchase a single-entry ticket and then collect the Pass at the Ticket Office at a later date.  If you send a representative to collect the pass, please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID card.
