What are the eligibility criteria for Express Flat Allocation Scheme (EFAS)(2025)?
Hong Kong Housing Authority & Housing DepartmentThe eligibility criteria of the EFAS (2025) are
- With valid Public Rental Housing (PRH) application;
- PRH application of registration date or equivalent date of registration (note) falling on or before 31 March 2024 (i.e. whose application number is G1495070/ U0528881 or earlier);
- fulfill the residence rule of PRH applications that at least half of the family members included in the application must have lived in Hong Kong for 7 years; and
- hold valid housing offer(s).
Note : Equivalent date of registration must be adopted if there is one in the application.
