- Application period: 28 March 2024 to 17 April 2024 (Application Closed)
- Ballot: expected in the second quarter of 2024
- Flat selection: expected in the third/ forth quarter of 2024

Unsold or rescinded GSH flats
- Around 215 unsold or rescinded flats (as at 31 January 2024) from Kai Chuen Court (in Diamond Hill) sold under GSH 2020/21; Ko Wang Court (in Yau Tong) and Kam Pak Court (in Ma On Shan) sold under GSH 2022; and
- any additional rescinded flats from these three GSH developments identified up to about two months before commencement of flat selection will be put up for sale under this sales programme.

Recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) flats
- The final number and detailed flat list of the TPS flats for sale under this sales programme is to be drawn up around three months before the flat selection of GSH 2023.
- The listed prices of the TPS estates range from about $140,000 to $1,280,000, and the discounts range from 79 per cent to 85 percent of assessed market values.
