Am I to receive an electronic and a paper-based pre-filled application form for financial assistance for primary and secondary students ?

Starting from mid March 2025, the Student Finance Office (SFO) will issue the access code to all continuing applicants (note) to open the pre-filled E-Form for submission.  In addition, continuing applicants who opted in their 2024/25 application to receive a paper-based pre-filled form for the 2025/26 school year will also receive the paper-based pre-filled form starting from April 2025.

(Note) Continuing applicants are applicants who have successfully applied for financial assistance in the 2024/25 school year, on or before 1 March 2025 for primary and secondary students or pre-primary students, and the children will be attending Primary 1 in the 2025/26 school year.
