What is "eWFSFAA"? How to create "eWFSFAA" account?

"eWFSFAA" is a one-stop e-service platform of the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA).  User can submit online applications and view the account information of all financial assistance / loan schemes administered by the WFSFAA on a single page.  

Create "eWFSFAA" account 

• "iAM Smart" users create account via "iAM Smart" and a mobile phone which can receive one-time password to create account (please click here for the steps)
• Existing WFSFAA E-service Users log in to any one of the e-services to create account : 
  •  Working Family Allowance (WFA) Scheme Users need to enter WFA access code (please click here for the steps)
  • Users of Financial Assistance Schemes for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Levels need to enter the access code of "Financial Assistance Schemes for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Levels" (please click here for the steps)
  • Users of Tertiary Level and Loan Repayment need to log in "MyGovHK" (please click here for the steps)
• Non "iAM Smart" users and not existing WFSFAA E-service users need to prepare identity document and a mobile phone which can receive one-time password to create account (please click here for the steps)
