Are there any greening plans in Hong Kong?

The Greening and Landscape Office under the Development Bureau is responsible for central coordination of the Government's greening and landscape planning and design efforts. Together with the Tree Management Office under the same Bureau, they work in close cooperation to promote a holistic greening approach in Hong Kong.
