How can I check the Ballot Results and Random Order for WSM 2024?

The ballot was drawn on 24 April 2025.   You can check the "Ballot Results" and the “Order Randomly Generated by Computer According to Ballot Results” (Random Order) through the following channels:

A. Visit the WSM 2024 Website

B. Visit the WSM 2024 Website - "Check Application Status" [applicable to check the Random Order]

• Enter the HKID number of the applicant and complete the verification

C. Call the IVRS of the Housing Authority Sales and WSM Hotline [applicable to check the Random Order]

• Call 2712 8000;
• Select the language (Cantonese and Putonghua are available) and press 3> 4> 2;
• Enter the application number  (without WF) and HKID number of the applicant.

D. Go in person to  - 

• District Tenancy Management Office/Estate Office of Housing Authority;
• Estate/Property Management Offices of Housing Society;
• Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre;

• GSH Sales Unit;

• Home Affairs Enquiry Centres of Home Affairs Department .

Based on the electronic ballot results, the Hong Kong Housing Authority has randomly generated the order of family applicants and one-person applicants by computer (include applicants who opt to join the “Youth Scheme(WSM)” ), and will according to the relative priority order invite them to complete an “Income and Asset Declaration Form” and submit supporting documents for detailed vetting to ascertain their application eligibility and their final priority order in the award of quota.
