How can I check the “Status of Sale of Flats” and “Register of Transactions” of HOS 2023?

The flat selections for HOS 2023 commence from 31 Jan 2024. During the flat selection period, you may check the “Status of Sale of Flats” and “Register of Transactions” through the following channels:

A.    Visit the HOS 2023 Website (Updated at 8 p.m. daily)

         -  Status of Sale of Flats      : Select the designated Development > Status of Sale of Flats > Table form;

         -  Register of Transactions : Select the designated Development > Register of Transactions.

B.    Through the HA Sales and WSM Hotline (Updated at 10 p.m. daily)

         -  Number of Flats Remaining : Call 2712 8000 > Select the language (Cantonese and Putonghua available)

                                                           > Press 1 (HOS 2023, including Sale of Recovered Flats from Estates under TPS)

                                                           > Select the designated Scheme and Development.

C.   Visit the HA Customer Service Centre

         - Latest Sales Position : View the display screen

          Operation hours of display screen : 8 a.m. - 10 p.m., Mon to Sun (including public holidays);

          Address : Podium Level 1, HA Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Lok Fu, Kowloon.
