How to apply for change in particulars of the submitted information for the HOS 2024?

To amend the information of the submitted application (e.g. change of residential/correspondence address, phone number, etc.)  :

You may submit your changes in writing to the HOS Sales Unit by post or by hand, address: Podium Level 1, Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Kowloon.

Please mark “HOS 2024” White Form/ Green Form on the envelope.

Note:

• Should there be any changes in the personal particulars or family circumstances which render them ineligible, the application will be cancelled and the HA shall not be responsible for any loss or claims arising therefrom. The application fees paid will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to other parties.
