How to apply for change in particulars of the submitted information for the HOS 2023 / WSM 2023?

To amend the information of the submitted application:

   1.  If you apply for both "HOS 2023" and "WSM 2023" simultaneously, you should inform the "HOS Sales Unit" and the "WSM Unit" separately.

   2.  You may submit your changes in writing to the relevant units by post or by hand :

       - HOS Sales Unit : Podium Level 1, Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Kowloon

       - WSM Unit : Podium Level 4, Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Kowloon

   3.  Please mark “HOS 2023” and/ or "WSM 2023" on the envelope.
