How to check my HOS 2023 / WSM 2023 application number?

To check the application number for HOS 2023

• Visit the HOS 2023 Website and click "Check Application Status", enter the HKID number of the applicant and complete the verification. You will then see the application number; OR
• Call “Housing Authority Sales and WSM Hotline” at 2712 8000, press 1 (Cantonese) or 2 (Putonghua) to choose the language, then press 1 > 6 > 1, and enter the HKID number of the applicant. You will hear the application number.

To check the application number for WSM 2023

• Visit the WSM 2023 Website and click "Check Application Status", enter the HKID number of the applicant and complete the verification. You will then see the application number; OR
• Call “Housing Authority Sales and WSM Hotline” at 2712 8000, press 1 (Cantonese) or 2 (Putonghua) to choose the language, then press 3 > 4 > 1, and enter the HKID number of the applicant. You will hear the application number.
