How to check the Sale Status, Register of Transactions and Quota of Flats Available under Application Categories of HOS 2024?

The flat selections for HOS 2024 commence from 29 May 2025. During the flat selection period, you may check the “Status of Sale of Flats”, “Register of Transactions” and "Quota of Flats Available under Application Categories" through the following channels:

A.    Visit the HOS 2024 Website

(1) New HOS Flats

(2) HOS Flats for Resale

(3) Sale of Recovered Flats from Estates under Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS)

(4) Quota / No. of Flats Available for Selection under Respective Application Categories

B.    Call the HA Sales and WSM Hotline (Updated at 10 p.m. daily)

           Number of Flats Remaining : Call 2712 8000 > Select the language (Cantonese and Putonghua available) ;

                                                           > Press 1 to choose HOS Scheme ;

                                                           > Select the designated Scheme and Development.

C.   Visit the HA Customer Service Centre

          Latest Sales Position : View the display screen

          Operation hours of display screen : 8 a.m. - 10 p.m., Mon to Sun (including public holidays);
