If continuing applicants for financial assistance for primary and secondary students have lost the Access Code email, what should they do?
Working Family and Student Financial Assistance AgencyIf the continuing applicants (note) have provided a valid email address in the application for 2024/25 school year, the Student Finance Office (SFO) should have issued the Access Code for pre-filled E-Form to them by email starting from mid March 2025. Applicants are advised to check the junk or spam mailbox if they cannot receive the Access Code by May 2025.
If the continuing applicants have lost the Access Code, they may
- Check the trash/spam mail folder of the email box;
- Upon confirmation of validity of the email address they provided in the application for 2024/25 application, the applicants may request for a new Access Code by the following steps:
- Login "eWFSFAA"
- select "Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Level" under "Scheme Directory"
- select "Pre-filled E-form (Applicable to Continuing Applicants only)/ E-form [Applicable to Other Applicants (including New Applicants)]" and open E-form
- select point one of the "points to note" in the bottom of the access code page to reset access code, input required information and click "Reset Access Code"
- Upon receipt of the request, SFO will issue the new Access Code to the applicant by email in a short while
- With neither the Access Code nor email address, the applicants may use “iAM Smart” to login "eWFSFAA" and obtain the pre-filled e-form. For details of “iAM Smart”, please visit “iAM Smart” website .
(Note) Continuing applicants are applicants who have successfully applied for financial assistance in the 2024/25 school year, on or before 1 March 2025 for primary and secondary students or pre-primary students, and the children will be attending Primary 1 in the 2025/26 school year.
