- Distribution of application form: 10 July 2025 to 6 August 2025
- Application period: 17 July 2025 to 6 August 2025. Applicants can submit paper application or online application (HA Online Application System or "iAM Smart") . Online application opening time is 8 a.m. on 17 July 2025 and closing time is 7 p.m. on 6 August 2025.
- Ballot: expected to be held in the third/fourth quarter of 2025
- Commencement of flat selection: start from the fourth quarter of 2025

3. Recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) flats
- The finalised details of recovered TPS flats will be announced prior to the commencement of flat selection.
- The listed prices of the TPS estates range from about $160,000 to $1,330,000, and the discounts range from 78 per cent to 82 percent of assessed market values.
