Please check your network connection or router to ensure you can access other websites normally. You may also try to access the online application system during non-peak hours (i.e. before 9 p.m. or after 12 midnight). 

If the problem persists and you are unable to access other websites, please contact your network provider for assistance as soon as possible, OR consider using the online application service on different devices.

Please note that the closing time for online application is 7 p.m. on 23 October 2024, based on the application system's time.
