Why does my demand note still include the rates and Government rent for last quarter even I have paid the amount already?

If the Rating and Valuation Department has received  your payment for the last quarter after the account cut-off date for this quarter's demand, your payment would not be reflected in this quarter's demand. In this case, you may settle only the outstanding amount for the current quarter on or before the last day for payment.
