1823 Mobile App - Personal Information Collection Statement

Purpose of Collection

The personal data collected (including name and contact information) may be disclosed only to 1823, the Government departments, related organisations and contractors responsible for handling your case. 

The provision of personal data through 1823 Mobile App is voluntary. You are not required to provide any contact information when submitting cases. However, 1823, and the relevant government departments, related organisations and contractors may not be able to contact you if further information regarding your case is needed, and thus may not be able to process your case.

 

Transfer of Information

The personal data you provided to 1823 through 1823 Mobile App will only be disclosed to the Government departments, related organisations and contractors responsible for handling your case with your consent. In case you would like 1823 to make special arrangements in handling your personal data, such as not disclosing those data to the Government departments, related organisations and contractors concerned, please specify when you submit your case so that corresponding arrangements could be made. Unless permitted or required by law, 1823 will not disclose your personal data to any third parties without your prior consent.
