Assistant Customer Service Supervisor (Operations)

Duties
  1. to handle enquiries and complaints from the public through telephone and other electronic means, such as email, fax, mobile apps, etc.; and
  2. to assist Duty Manager to follow up requests from the public and Government departments; and
  3. to conduct briefings for Customer Service Officers (CSOs); and
  4. to mentor for CSOs.
 
Working hours and location

The job holder is required to work on shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, overnight shifts and irregular hours. He/She is also required to work in inclement weather such as during typhoons and black rainstorms. Successful candidate is required to assume duty at short notice and is subject to deployment to any offices of 1823 in any district of Hong Kong.

Entry Requirements

To be a Assistant Customer Service Supervisor (Operations), you should
 

Be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment;

Have got 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language at Level 2/ Grade E or above in HKCEE/HKDSEE or equivalent;

Have 2 years of full-time working experience in call centre / contact centre;

Speak fluent English and Cantonese (fluent Putonghua is an advantage); and

Be familiar with PC applications.

Salary and Benefits

The monthly salary is $20,390 - $24,100. Upon satisfactory completion of the full contract period, a gratuity may be granted to the appointee who has consistently achieved a high standard of performance and conduct. The amount will be the sum which, when added to Government’s contribution to the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme as required by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance (Cap. 485), will not exceed 10% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
