Our Work
We assist in implementing the training plan for the contact centre (inclusive of providing training on customer service skills and system operation) and assist in monitoring service quality and providing staff counseling.
We work on shifts, including on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. You are required to work as scheduled in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm.

Entry Requirements
To be an Assistant Customer Service Supervisor (Training), you should
Be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment; and
Have got 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language at Level 2/ Grade E or above in HKCEE/HKDSEE or equivalent; and
Have 2 years of full-time working experience in call centre operation or customer service; and
Speak fluent English and Cantonese (fluent Putonghua is an advantage); and
Be proficient in PC applications, including Chinese typing skill.
Preference will be given to candidates with training experience in customer service.

Salary and Benefits
The monthly salary is $17,570. A successful candidate will be entitled to paid annual leave of ten days. Upon satisfactory completion of the full 1-year Non-Civil Service Contract, 10% gratuity may be granted to the appointee who has consistently achieved a high standard of performance and conduct.
