By what time do I need to post a SpeedPost so that it will be stamped a postmark on the day it is posted? When is the cut off time of mailing? When will a mail item reach the recipient?

The stamp or postage label of a mail item will be datestamped as the day sent if it is mailed before the cut off time.  It will then be delivered to the recipient according to the Post Office's delivery standard.
