Can Green Form applicants of HOS 2025 use "iAM Smart+" to digitally sign the application form?

Green Form applicants and family member(s) aged over 18 :

• Could use "iAM Smart+" to sign the application form.

• May also submit the online application without using the digital signing function.

  • After submitting an online application, the staff of their estate office / district tenancy management office / rental estate office will contact them to sign a copy of the application form (except completed digital signing via "iAM Smart+") prepared by the office upon receipt of their online application, and submit copies of their Hong Kong Identity Card (HKIC) or Hong Kong Birth Certificate (for persons aged below 11).
