You can use the Change of Address Service on GovHK to change your address records with several Government departments and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in one go.

For individuals, you have to provide your HKID card or passport number. For companies or organisations, you need to provide your Business Registration Number. Your contact information and other information specified by individual department(s) or organisation(s) must also be provided to facilitate your application. Some services of government departments require the applicant to provide scanned copies of identity document and proof of address, please click here for the details.
Change of address notification will be processed within 14 days. Unless there is any problem in updating your address, otherwise the concerned department or organisation will not separately confirm that the address record has been updated.
