How to amend the Scheme Type applied after submission of application for HOS 2025 / WSM 2025 / GSH2025?

• Intended to apply for HOS (GF) but GSH application was submitted.

• Intended to apply for GSH but HOS (GF) application was submitted. 

• HOS (GF) and GSH application was submitted but intend to cancel the application of either one of them.   

• HOS (GF) or GSH was submitted but intend to apply for both HOS (GF) and GSH. 

• Applicants should notify the respective estate office on the change of scheme options on or before 20 May 2026 (the closing date of application).  

• Applicants are not required to pay application fee again. 

• Intended to apply for WSM but HOS (WF) application was submitted.

• Intended to apply for HOS (WF) but WSM application was submitted. 

• Applicants should submit written notification or Amendment of Application Form to the HOS Sales Unit (address: Podium Level 1, Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Kowloon) on or before 20 May 2026 (the closing date of application) on the cancellation of scheme applied.  
• Applicants should submit another application for the scheme they intend to apply and pay the application fee ($300 for WSM and $350 for HOS). 
• The application fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
