How to check my application number in the latest GSH (GSH 2024)?

You may check your application number and extra ballot number (if any)  by means of the followings:

• call “HA Sales and WSM Hotline” 2712 8000 (for Cantonese and Putonghua only), 
  • Press 1 (Cantonese) or 2 (Putonghua) to choose language,
  • Press 2 > 6 > 1, 
  • Enter the first six digits of the ID number of the applicant (e.g. please enter 123456 if the ID number is A123456(7)). 

or 

• check the written notification issued by Housing Authority (HA) (note: applicants who submitted e-submission will receive the notification via email).
