How to check my application number in the latest GSH (GSH 2024)?

You may check your application number and extra ballot number (if any)  by means of the followings:

• check online by entering applicant's HKID no. in "Check Application Status" under GSH 2024 website (e.g. Input A1234567 for HKID no. A123456(7), 
• call “HA Sales and WSM Hotline” 2712 8000 , 
  • Press 1 (Cantonese) or 2 (Putonghua) to choose language (only Cantonese and Putonghua versions are available for this function),
  • Press 2 > 6 > 1, 
  • Enter the first six digits of the ID number of the applicant (e.g. please enter 123456 if the ID number is A123456(7)). 

or 

• check the written notification issued by Housing Authority (HA) (applicants who submitted e-submission will receive the notification via email).
