How to check the validity and the unclaimed balance of my Continuing Education Fund account?
Working Family and Student Financial Assistance AgencyFor applicants who have opened their accounts before 1 April 2019, they may refer to the “Application Approval Letter” issued by the Office of the Continuing Education Fund (OCEF) for the validity period of their accounts. Alternatively, applicants can enquire through the Continuing Education Fund (CEF) 24-hour hotline at 3142 2277, or SFO E-Link (https://e-link.wfsfaa.gov.hk) for the accounts information.
For eligible applicants who apply for CEF for the first time, the application for fee reimbursement for course which commences on or after 1 August 2022 must be submitted to the OCEF within one year upon the successful completion of the course. For those enrolled CEF reimbursable course which commenced from 1 April 2019 to 31 July 2022, their applications for fee reimbursement must be submitted to the OCEF within one year upon the successful completion of the course and before reaching the age of 71.
