For applicants who have opened their accounts before 1 April 2019, they may refer to the “Application Approval Letter” issued by the Office of the Continuing Education Fund (OCEF) for the validity period of their accounts. Alternatively, applicants can enquire through the Continuing Education Fund (CEF) 24-hour hotline at 3142 2277, or SFO E-Link ( for the accounts information.

For eligible applicants who apply for CEF for the first time, the application for fee reimbursement for course which commences on or after 1 April 2019 must be submitted to the OCEF within one year upon the successful completion of the course and before reaching the age of 71.
