Leisure and Cultural Services Department

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) organises various cultural events and programmes regularly. Members of the public can obtain event information through the following means –

  1. Browse the "programme search" page of the LCSD cultural services webpage. Members of the public can search for event information by venue, date and type. The search result will not only provide event information of the programmes held in LCSD museums, libraries and performance venues, but also free territory-wide carnivals and district cultural and entertainment programmes.
  2. Dial LCSD 24-hour Customer Hotline : 2414 5555 (handled by 1823).

Some free programmes require an admission ticket. You may refer to the event information and acquire tickets from the organiser in advance.

You can purchase tickets of charged programmes held at LCSD venues at URBTIX. Please refer to the webpage of URBTIX for the opening hours and address of the URBTIX outlets. URBTIX also provides Internet Ticketing Service ,Mobile Ticketing App My URBTIX (Android and iPhone/iPad version) Booking Service and Telephone Credit Card Booking Service (telephone number : 3166 1288). Please be reminded that the above URBTIX services may not be available for some programmes. For details, please refer to information of individual programmes.  You may also call the URBTIX Hotline (telephone number : 3166 1100) for details.
