From 23 Apr to 20 May 2026, Application Form, Application Guide, Sales Booklets / Sales Leaflet for HOS flats under this sale exercise can be downloaded from the following websites OR obtained at the following venues (during office hours):

1. Starting from 8 a.m. on 23 Apr 2026, download at the HOS 2025 website
Note: You may submit online application on the website starting from 8 a.m. on 30 Apr 2026; or

2. From 23 Apr to 20 May, obtain in person during office hours at the following places:

The Office of HA’s Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme Sales Unit Address: 1/F, Pioneer Place, 33 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon) (near MTR Exit B3, Kwun Tong MTR station)	Mon to Sun (including Public Holidays): 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
