How to save the application form data during the process of HOS 2025 online application?

Applicants can save the data of the incomplete HOS 2025 online application during the application period :

• Press the “Save Application” button and assign a file name and password to save the completed part for future use.  
• Applicants can input the file name and password to retrieve the saved application form and continue filling in the application form.  
• The file name and password are customized.  Applicants should keep their file name and password safe as the file name and password cannot be retrieved.
• Please note that saving the application form does not imply submission of the application; applicants are required to submit the application form and settle the application fee before the application closing date (7:00 pm on 20 May 2026), the deadline is based on the application system's time.

How can I continue filling in the saved application?

• Applicants can press the “Agree and Retrieve Saved Application” button and input the file name and password to retrieve the saved application form to continue the online application and pay the application fee. 

Why I cannot retrieve the saved application?

• If the saved application cannot be retrieved, please confirm if the input of the file name and password are correct.  
• If the password is wrongly input 5 times continuously, the saved application will be locked and cannot be retrieved within 60 minutes.
• If the application is successfully submitted with the application fee paid, the applicant cannot retrieve or amend the application from the online application system.
