How to seek help from Labour Department if employer and employee have a dispute?

If you wish to make enquiries, complaints, or lodge claims to employer/employee on matters related to the Employment Ordinance, please approach, according to your working place, the nearby branch office of the Labour Relations Division of the Labour Department for assistance. Officers in the branch offices assist employers and employees in resolving their labour disputes through the provision of conciliation service. Conciliation service is provided free of charge. They are informal, time saving and involve relatively simple procedures which help resolve labour disputes.
