How to submit WSM 2025 application?

Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) only accepts applications of WSM 2025 from 30 April to 20 May 2026. 

A. Closing Time of Application

1. Online application

• Online application closing time is 7 p.m. on 20 May 2026.
• Applicants must complete the application and payment before the closing time. The closing time will be in accordance with the Application System.

2. Submit in person

• The deadline for submission to the Collection Box located at the HA Customer Service Centre in Lok Fu is 7 p.m. on 20 May 2026

3. Submit by post

• The deadline is 20 May 2026. The Hong Kong postmark date must be within the application period.

B. Submission Methods

1. Online application

• Applicants can submit online applications on the WSM 2025 website.
• No need to provide any supporting documents when submitting the online application.

2. Submit in person or by post

• Submit in person or by post to the WSM Unit

     Address: WSM Unit, Podium Level 1, HA Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Kowloon (near Exit A, Lok Fu MTR Station)

• Opening hours of the collection box during the application period: Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays) 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

C. Documents to be submitted (Only applicable to submit in person or by post) 

1. Original of the completed application form;

2. Cheque or cashier’s order for payment of the relevant application fee; and

   • HK$300

   • Payable to "Hong Kong Housing Authority"

   • The identity card number and contact number of the applicant are written on the back

   • Cheque can be issued by any person other than the applicant

   • Post-dated or dated more than 6 months ago is not accepted

3. Copies of Hong Kong identity documents of all persons listed in the application form.

Note:

After the balloting, HA will, according to the relative priority order, invite the applicants and family member(s) to submit an “Income and Asset Declaration Form” and other supporting documents (e.g. relationship, income and asset proof).
