Under what circumstances will an application for WSM 2025 be regarded as duplicate application?

• Each person (regardless of applicant or family member(s)) can only be listed in one application form (either online or paper application) under the White Form Secondary Market Scheme 2025 (WSM 2025), otherwise it will be regarded as duplicate applications.
• If applicant and his/ her family member(s) or a married person and his/ her spouse submit separate applications, the applications will also be regarded as duplicate applications.
• Any duplicate applications will render all applications null and void, and the application fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.

The following circumstances will NOT be regarded as duplicate applications: 

1. Public housing tenants applying for both "GSH 2025" and "HOS 2025" using Green Form and individual family member(s) apply for "WSM 2025" using White Form.
2. Public housing tenants applying only for "GSH 2025" using Green Form and individual family member(s) apply for "HOS 2025" and "WSM 2025" using White Form.
