(2) Rescinded HOS Flats for Resale
- As at 31 July 2024, there were 67 rescinded flats which were sold under HOS 2020, HOS 2022 and HOS 2023 respectively.
- Housing Authority(HA) will include these rescinded flats and any additional rescinded flat as identified up to about 2 months before commencement of flat selection for resale under HOS 2024.
(3) Recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) Flats
- As at 31 July 2024, there were about 350 recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) flats are included. The number of flats will be announced by the HA about 3 months before the commencement of the flat selection.
