Hong Kong Housing Authority has launched the "White Form Secondary Market Scheme (WSM) 2025" in April 2026. The schedule is as follows:

 

Distribution of application forms:

23 April 2026 to 20 May 2026

Application period:
30 April 2026 to 20 May 2026
Ballot:
2nd Quarter of 2026
Issuance of Approval Letter:

4th Quarter of 2026

 

Quotas

  • Ordinary Quotas
    Family Applicants：4 500
    One-person Applicants：500 

  • Quotas of the Youth Scheme (WSM)
    Young Family Applicants：1 800
    Young One-person Applicants：200
