What are the schedule and quotas of the WSM 2025?

Hong Kong Housing Authority has launched the "White Form Secondary Market Scheme (WSM) 2025" in April 2026. Approval letters for successful applicants are expected to be issued in the fourth quarter of 2026 for their applications for the Certificate of Eligibility to Purchase:

Distribution of application forms:	23 April 2026 to 20 May 2026
Application period:	30 April 2026 to 20 May 2026
Ballot:	10 July 2026
Issuance of Approval Letter for application for the Certificate of Eligibility to Purchase:	Expected to be issued in the 4th Quarter of 2026

One-person Applicants：500
Quotas of the Youth Scheme (WSM)
Young Family Applicants：1 800
