When shall the particulars of a company’s first director(s) and secretary be reported?

The particulars of persons who are to be the director(s) and secretary of a limited company on its incorporation are required to be reported in the application form for incorporation i.e. the Incorporation Form - Form NNC1 ( MS Word / PDF) or NNC1G ( MS Word/ PDF).  The appointments of the director(s) and secretary will become effective on the date of incorporation as stated in the company's certificate of incorporation.
