To promote government e-services, 1823 introduced the Chatbot service adopting Artificial Intelligence in late 2019 to handle simple enquiries from the public.  


At present, the Chatbot provides service in traditional Chinese only.  For more information, please read the Frequently Asked Questions (available in traditional Chinese only).
