"Restrictions on Ownership of Domestic Property" of GSH 2024
Applicants and all family member(s) listed in the application form must fulfill the following requirements of restrictions on ownership of domestic property in Hong Kong (note):
- For applications of Household of PRH unit(s) under the HA or Household of Rental Estate tenant(s) or Elderly Person Flats under the HKHS, the applicants and family member(s) listed in the application form, during the period from 24 months (i.e. 7 August 2023) preceding the closing date for submitting the application and up to the date of signing the Agreement for Sale and Purchase (ASP) for a flat under this sale exercise, should not own any domestic property in Hong Kong
- GFC holders or RAES recipients are still subject to restrictions on ownership of domestic property of the relevant applications/ schemes (such as PRH applications). Up to the time of purchase of signing the ASP, should not own any domestic property in Hong Kong;
(Note) Domestic properties include any domestic property, uncompleted private domestic property, rooftop structures approved by the Buildings Department, domestic building lots and small house grants approved by the Lands Department in Hong Kong.
