After submitting the application and payment for "WSM 2024" online, you will receive two emails confirming the successful payment and submission of your application.
 

The 1st acknowledgement email  - payment acknowledgement

  • Generally received within 1 day after completing the payment. Please check if the email has been placed in the junk mail of your inbox.
  • The email will provide transaction reference number (not the application number) and payment status information.

 

The 2nd acknowledgement email - with application number

  • Generally received within 2 days after submitting the application and payment.

  • The email will provide the application number and other information.

 

If you have not received the 1st email and want to confirm whether the payment was successful:
  • If the system does not display a successful payment screen after online payment, you can first check with your credit card issuer whether the payment transaction has been successfully made.
  • If the credit card issuer cannot confirm the payment, you can call the "HA Sales and WSM Hotline" at 2712 8000 30 minutes after submitting the application:
    • After selecting language, then press 3 > 4 > 1, and enter the applicant's identity card number as prompted to check the application status.
  • If the credit card issuer has confirmed payment but the system has no record, please call the "HA Sales and WSM Hotline" at 2712 8000 (handled by 1823) to follow up.  

 

If you have not received the 2nd email and wish to confirm whether the application was successfully submitted:
  • Call the "HA Sales and WSM Hotline" at 2712 8000, select the language, then press 3 > 4 > 1, and enter the applicant's identity card number as prompted to check the application number.
  • If the system does not have the record, please call the "HA Sales and WSM Hotline" at 2712 8000 (handled by 1823) to follow up.
