Is there any way I can obtain the rateable values of other properties?

From around mid-March to 31 May of the year, the Rating and Valuation Department (RVD) will publicly and freely display the new “Valuation List and Government Rent Roll”, which lists the rateable values of all assessed properties.  The list is available both online at the department’s website “Property Information Online” and at RVD office: 15/F, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon.

The rateable value of properties for the last three years of assessment can also be obtained through RVD’s Property Information Online throughout the year at a fee.
